Very rare 1977 Pack Leader electric guitar for sale

A very rare and collectible 1977 Pack Leader electric guitar, considered by some to be the 'holy grail' for playability and sustain. Designed by Terry Pack and handmade by Roger Bucknall, this is one of a total of 67, of which 40 were rosewood and 27 were African Walnut.This guitar is African walnut, serial No. 018 and is in incredible condition for a 45 year old guitar. It was the first guitar to have the truss rod from the headstock to behind the bridge, allowing for concave and convex adjustment. It has two Di Marzio pick ups, a super distortion in the bridge position for sustain and a PAF in the neck position for an added warmth. The inlays are solid Sterling silver stems and Pearl leaves. The neck on all Pack leader guitars is a players dream, with a 44.5mm nut and the slimmest profile at the 1st fret of less than 18mm and this is no exception, it plays magnificently. This guitar will very likely double or treble in price in the next few years.

We request the item is returned undamaged and in its original saleable condition complete with packaging. The seller reserves the right to refuse to refund or take compensatory action against the consumer for breach of their statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods during this period.
